Who is Dr. Cecil Keen?

"I was born in Zimbabwe in Southern Africa, not far from two of the 'Greatest Places', the Okavango and The Namib. I did most of my schooling in Africa following interests in geography, weather, science, music, photography and flying. Amongst worldwide travels I came to America, on honeymoon, for a Doctorate degree in Meteorology. I am now in my 25th year of University teaching and as a Professor at Minnesota State University Mankato. I welcome you to this part of the Web site of The Greatest Places.
